This feature allows global questions to be grouped together and configured with dynamic relationships (parent/child global question configuration) at the system level and then added to a form in one single action.
Question sets can save time when configuring forms as you do not need to individually add the global questions to the form, and then set up the dynamic relationship between those questions for each form in a process.
Question Set Permissions
The ability to configure global question sets is a function permission, this needs to be activated for a user / user group to create question sets.
Follow the steps below to provide a user / user group access to creating question sets:
Click on the System tab.
Click on User Manager if you want to provide the access to one User or click on User Group Manager to apply this access to a User Group. In this example we will apply the access to a User Group.
Click Edit on the User Group.
Under the Actions list click Function Permissions.
Under the System heading located Configure Question Sets.
Select the checkbox ‘Allows user to configure question sets’.
Scroll down and click Save.

Configuring Question Sets
Follow to steps below to configure a Question Set.

Click on the System tab.

Click on Question Sets.
...
Click +Add new Question Set.
...
Insert a name for the Question Set. E.g. Employment type and click Save.

Click +Add global question.

Search for the questions using the Keywords box, or manually by scrolling through the list, and / or using the global question page number navigation icons.
Select the Checkbox next to the global question/s.

Scroll down and click Save.

If you need to add more global questions to the question set, repeat the process above

To set up the dynamic relationships (parent/child global question configuration) click Edit on the parent question.

Click on the Answer Options tab.

Click Edit on the parent answer.
Display Answer- If Display Answer is deselected the answer will not display on the form you add the question/question set to.

Select the global question to be displayed as the child to the selected parent question answer and click Add.

Click Save.

When you have finished configuring your Question Set, click Save.

To check the configuration of your question set, click Preview Form.

This will enable you to preview and check the content and dynamic relationships (parent/child global question configuration) by interacting with the form (the same functionality as the Preview Form functionality when checking form configuration).
