  1. Click on the click here link in your task email to access your task.


  2. The Requisition form will be displayed. All the information that the Initiator entered will be displayed. As an approving Manager you can make changes to this information, however if you make a change you must select “Approved with Changes” in the Approval question at the bottom of the form. Then state changes made, as this will send a notification to the initiator.




  3. To view forms previously submitted click in the Information icon on the workflow panel.

  4. This will then display the following pop up. Click on the form icon to view the form submitted for that step.




  5. As an approver you may have the following options to select from when approving a requisition.


    Approved: No changes made to the form, this will be submitted to the next step in the process.

    Approved with changes: If you have made changes to the form you will need to select this option then note any changes made. These changes will be emailed to the Initiator.

    Declined: This will cancel the request. Recruitment will review the cancellation and close off the requisition.


  6. Once you have reviewed and approved the Request, click the Submit button.
