What are Forms?

The eRecruit processes are driven primarily using forms, from a candidate completing an application form to the recruiters recording evidence for each assessment step and managers approving a requisition form.  Each form is created and stored in a template library and can be added to job and process templates, thus eliminating the need to ‘reinvent the wheel’.

The make-up of a form consists of Steps and Questions (which live within each step). A step is like a heading and represents a page to be completed in the process. For example, a step may be called ‘Personal Details’ and examples of questions that exist within that step may be such things as Address, Phone number, Mobile etc.

The different types of forms used in the eRecruit system are:

  • Assessment Forms – used by recruiters to assess candidates.
  • Requisition Forms – used in the requisition process by hiring managers, recruiters and assigned decision makers.
  • Approval Forms – used by recruiters and assigned decision makers in the Approval Report.
  • Pre-Application Forms – used to screen or block applicants based on essential criteria prior to the registration process.
