What are Global Questions?
Top | |
Top |
Global questions are essentially the building blocks of the Recruitment system; they are used for making forms (application forms, assessment forms, requisition forms etc…) across the Recruitment system and can be used to create job details fields for capturing job related data for reporting and searching purposes. Global questions are also used to setup the candidate and user registration process. These questions are stored in a ‘pool’, easily allowing users to import them to the required forms. As such, it eliminates the need to recreate these questions each time a form is created or edited. This saves time and ensures consistency throughout your Recruitment system. Global questions are also reportable.
When a candidate or user answers a global question, their response is stored, and can pre-populate the response field to other forms within the system at any future occasion the candidate or user is required to complete that question. In addition, the system can track the change of answers to each question throughout the life of the system using versioning.
