1. Click on System Configuration.
   
   
2. Click on Users.
   
   
   
   
3. Click + Add User.
   
   
   
   

4. Complete the User Details form.
   
   

   Username	The user will login to the system using the username set.
   Reference	This can be used to sort the user list. The reference is displayed in the User List.
   Password	Passwords must be entered and comply with the minimum password length which is a system security configuration setting.
   Confirm Password	Confirm the password set.
   Expiry Date	The users account will expire on this date. The system will set a default expiry date a year into the future.
   Status	The status of their user profile.
   Title

    

   First Name

    

   Middle Initial

    

   Last Name

    

   Email Signature

    
5. Once completed click Submit.
