To review existing broadcasts, go to the Broadcast section of the Report Output menu.



If a broadcast has not sent when it was expected to, check the broadcast here and look for any messages regarding its last run time.

If may be that a delivery rule prevented the broadcast from sending. Or, for some reason, there might be a run failure or an error retrieving results.

You can:

  • review the report to ensure it returns results. If not, edit the report to see if it needs to be updated in any way to return results. Some reports may be quite advanced and place a heavy load on the server.
  • click Run now to resend the broadcast to intended recipients. Run the report first before doing this.
  • set the broadcast to run at a different time. Popular broadcast times are from 5-9am; if possible, set your broadcast to run at a different time.
