Release Highlights: Update of eRecruit to reflect new company name, Acendre Accessing the APM directly from the Dashboard Enhancements to Online Reference Checks: extending the number of referees per candidate from one to five and allowing flexibility of this across jobs. PDF Software Upgrade aimed at providing a more robust PDF Packaging tool Update of eRecruit to reflect new company name, AcendreFollowing our recent rebranding from NGA.NET to Acendre, we will be updating any logos and text throughout the product to reflect this change. Please note that this will not affect customer logos or system URLs. Click here for more information on this exciting new era for Acendre! Accessing the APM directly from the DashboardUsers will now be able to access not only the Candidate List but also the APM (Assessment Process Matrix) directly from the Dashboard. This enhancement increases productivity from the Dashboard and reduces the navigation/clicks required by a user to access these areas of a particular job. Enhancements to Online Reference CheckseRecruit’s Online Reference Checks module reduces the time and effort it takes to contact referees and complete reference checks by automating the process through the system. The eRecruit Online Reference Checks module can will automatically alert candidate-nominated referees via email once a candidate has progressed to a specific stage of the recruitment process. Referees will be asked to complete an online reference form or fill in and upload a form, depending on your preferences. Once completed, reference forms are conveniently stored against the candidate profile. A reference status is provided in the candidate list, allowing users to easily see the progress of reference documents received, and reminder emails can be sent when reference documents remain incomplete. In this release we have changed the number of referees that can be collected from the set two referees, to a range from one to five referees. The referee details global questions have been split out into individual questions meaning customers can configure the number of referees to be collected per job if required, and can also define which of these questions (if any) are mandatory. This is particularly useful in situations where more references may be required for a particular type of role or certain area of the business, or where further references may be required later on in the assessment process. These changes will also be reflected in the candidate list, whereby the Reference Request Status will update to reflect the number of references that could be submitted per candidate. Additionally, also in the Candidate Referee List, located on the Candidate Card, which will reflect the number of referees a candidate has supplied throughout the application and assessment process. PDF Software UpgradeIn this release, we will be upgrading our PDF software with the aim of providing a more robust PDF Packaging tool. For those using this feature, the upgrade will be enabled for each customer individually and your Client Success Manager will be in touch shortly to discuss a deployment date for this upgrade.
