1.1 Overall Review Progress by Organisational Unit | Displays the progress of the various review phases for a given review. The data is presented by organisational unit. This report can be used by HR Managers to monitor the compliance rates for a given review. The phases can include Goal Setting, Appraisal and Development Plan. | |
1.2 Employee Review Completion Dates by Phase | Provides details relating to review phase completion per employee for a given review. The employees are grouped by organisational unit. The following key indicators are provided for each phase: - Phase end date - Phase completion date - Number of days overdue - On-time completion traffic light indicator This report will help HR managers to monitor the timely completion of reviews. Note: A negative value in the Days Overdue column indicates that the phase has been completed on time. A positive value in the column represents how many days the review completion is overdue in relation to the target completion date. | |
1.3 Completion Date Distribution by Phase | Provides a graphical distribution of the number of employees that have completed a given review phase over a given period. This report can be used by HR managers to monitor review phase completion over time. | |
2.1 Performance Trend by Review | Shows the trend of average performance scores by review in a given time range. The reviews are ordered by review start date. This report can be used by HR and Divisional Managers to analyse performance across all organisation units over a given time range. | |
2.4 Average Days Overdue of Completed Reviews | Shows the trend of average days overdue per organisational unit by completed review. This report can be used by HR managers to monitor review phase completion over time. | |
2.5 Competency Score Trends by Review | Shows the trend of competency scores by review in given time range. This report can be used by HR and Divisional Managers to analyse competency scores across all organisation units over a given time range. | |
