Using Keywords and Filters to search

  1. Click on the Requisitions tab.

  2. In the Keywords box you can type in the requisition name (job name) or the requisition reference number.

  3. If you would like to filter the requisition list by fields from the requisition click Show advanced search.

  4. Click +Add Filter.

  5. This will give you a list of available questions that you can use to filter the list.

    Note

    If you add a filter question this will add for all users of the system. Though a users selection within these filters will only be for their profile.




  6. Find the question you would like to use and click Add as filter questions.

  7. Click Show advanced search and you will be able to see your filter question.


  8. Select the answers that you're looking for.

  9. Click Search.

This will filter the requisitions that you see in the requisition list.

Clearing set filters


If you have set filters you will need to clear them to see all requisitions again. To do this follow the steps below:

  1. Click Show Advanced Search.

  2. Click Clear.
