ProcessStepID

The internal system code that uniquely identifies the step in the Application Process this application passed through.

This field should be used to count unique applications or when creating joins to sub-queries.

Format: Universally Unique Indeniter (UUID)

CurrentProcessStepID

The internal system code that uniquely identifies the step in the Application Process this application is currently at. If the process is complete this is the unique identifier of the final step in the process.

This field should be used to count unique applications or when creating joins to sub-queries.

Format: Universally Unique Indeniter (UUID)

ProcessID

The internal system code that uniquely identifies the Application Process this application is currently in.

This field should be used to count unique applications or when creating joins to sub-queries.

ProcessName

The user entered name of the Application Process template.

The values in this field are based on the names given to the various Application Processes created in the eRecruit system.

ProcessStepExecutionStatusValue

The status of this process step for this job.

Available Values:
* Complete
* In Progress
* Not Started
* On Hold
* Successful
* Unsuccessful
* Withdrawn

ProcessStepName

The user entered name of the Application Process step this application passed through.

The values in this field are based on the names given to the various process steps created in the eRecruit system.

Example Values:
* Shortlist
* First Interview
* Reference Check

ProcessStepNumber

The overall sequential number for this step in the Application Process this application passed through.

This field is used to sort all steps in the process type in the chronological order they occurred.

Format: Integer

ProcessStepScore

The score achieved by the application at this process step. The score achieved is based on rules defined for the step or from the score obtained from an integrated test provider.

Format: Numeric (3 Decimal Places)

Note: For process stpes related to the "Application Process" the value of this field is blank (i.e. NULL).

ProcessStepStartTime

The date and time when this Application Process step commenced.

If the Application Process Step Name is "Appliction Process" then the value of this field is blank.

The time stamp value is used when there is a need to find the earliest (i.e. minimum) or latest (i.e. maximum) events, sort events, create time series charts or create joins to sub-queries.

Format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss.s

The date and time when this Application Process step commenced.

If the Application Process Step Name is "Appliction Process" then the value of this field is blank.
