Let’s have a look at the actions Actions you use on the Candidate Card:

  1. Send the candidate a new email by clicking the Email icon here.

6. If you make this note Global, it will be visible by all other users with access to the Candidate Card.

7. Once the note has been created, click the Save button in the bottom right-hand corner. This note will be stored in the candidate’s Notes Log.

  1. Invite Late Application:  Click this link to give any incomplete candidate extra days to complete & submit the application

  1. Withdraw Application:  Click this link to withdraw the candidate on their behalf from a job.  The candidate does have the ability to withdraw themselves via the candidate portal.

  1. Delete Application:  Click this link to delete a candidate from the job.  Use this option with caution as this is irreversible and must only be used in extraordinary circumstances as it will affect your reporting and the talent warehouse.
