Product Update
If you are having difficulties in accessing the export candidate and assessment form data functionality, we have added additional security permissions to this utility in the latest update.
To access the configuration for this feature, you will need to do the following:
1. Click the System tab at the top right-hand side of the page.
2. Under the System heading, click User Manager
3. This will display a list of all users that currently have access to the system.
4. Select the user in question and edit their profile.
5. From within the user's profile, click on the Module Permissions link.
6. Within the module permissions page, make sure the option “Assessment Process Manager” is ticked
7. After the module permissions have been applied, go back to the user's profile and click on the Function Permissions link.
8. Within the Assessment Process Manager section, you will have to make sure the option “Export Candidates Data via CSV” is ticked

Acendre Recruitment
1. GSD-2521: A customer reported it was unable to edit candidate applications within an audience type when the advanced portal was turned on. The issue was identified and fixed.
2. GSD-2470: We had a report from a customer that when deleting a candidate via the candidate system delete utility, not all the candidate details were removed from the talent search and the index. The issue was identified and fixed.
3. GSD-2244: We were informed by a client that some users of the system were unable to see jobs once they were archived, even if they had permissions when the job status was open. The root cause was identified and resolved with a small fix.
4. GSD-2093: A customer reported that it experienced issues in filtering on the error summary page. The issue was investigated and resolved.
Acendre API
1. GSD-2262: We have had a report that one of our API feeds were converting whole numbers to a scientific notation format. We have addressed the issue and now have the numbers returning as whole numbers again.
Acendre Performance
1. GSD-2569: We had a report that the only the “my previous reviews” was visible where the ”Review tab was meant to be showing. The issue was caused by how we queued the time zone. The root cause was identified and resolved with a small fix.
2. GSD-2292: We received a report from a customer that email communications were being sent to employees who had been deleted from Acendre Performance. The root cause of the problem was found and a small fix has resolved the issue.
