  1. Click the System icon at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click the Global Questions link under System to go to the Global Question Pool.

  3. This will take you to the Global Question List.

  4. To navigate through the Global Question List, you can scroll through pages by entering the page number in the box or click on the arrows at the top right-hand corner of the list. 


  5. By default, the questions are sorted by date created, you can also sort the questions by type, question text and reference by clicking on the column names like so:

  6. You can also filter the question list by the type of question.

  7. Alternatively you can search the Global Questions by selecting Show Search Form link at the top left hand corner of the list.


  8. Once you click the Show Search link, a prompt will appear for you to enter search keyword(s).  The keywords will search the Global Questions pool by question reference and the question text.

    You are able to enter up to three keywords to be searched on in the Global Question Library which can be used to narrow down search results where many questions begin with similar phrases

    •  AND relationship between all keywords
    • All three Keyword Search fields search on Question Reference and Question Text as per standard Recruitment functionality

  9. Once you have entered your search keyword(s), click the Apply Filter button on the right-hand side.

  10. This will return a list of questions that match your search.




  11. To view the full global question list again, click the Clear button at the top left of the screen.

    Tip
    ACENDRE QUICK TIP:

    Whenever you need to create a new global question, always search the list to avoid duplicate global questions.
