Description: The bulk question edit tool allows the user to select applicable questions on forms and perform bulk updates to settings such as:
•Read only
•Mandatory
•Alignment
•Pre-population
If updates are applicable to all questions on the form the user would have to select each individual question to perform the bulk action. We have now introduced a "select all on page" option that removes the requirement to select individual questions. The addition of a question counter will also allow the user to easily see how many questions have been selected for the update.
How this helps: This will introduce efficiencies to form configuration and allow bulk question details updates to be easily applied on entire form content.

Description: The quick candidate search provides users with the ability to search for candidates using keywords. The returned results include data relevant to the user and assists them in locating the applicable candidate record. This screen has been enhanced to include additional data. Users will now see the assessment step and status on a per application basis.
The sorting has also been enhanced so that the most recent application will appear at the top of the list for the candidate.
How this helps: This will assist by providing additional relevant information to the user in the results screen and remove the need to open candidate applications to see assessment step and status data.
Note that if a candidate has an incomplete application then N/A will be presented in the Assessment Status column.

Description: This change is applicable to clients utilising the online reference module. There was a limitation with the module that prevented a candidate's referee information from being copied to additional applications. The feature has been updated so that if a candidate has previously completed their referee information the latest instance of this information will be pre-filled into any additional applications.
How this helps: This update will increase the speed of application submission and address double data entry requirements that are currently experienced by candidates.

Description: Seek have implemented a change in the way users can showcase their openings on the job board. They have retired the concept of a Seek template and as a result we have updated our Seek connector to be reflective of the change.
When posting a job ad to Seek a user will no longer be required to select an applicable Seek template or be presented with the below fields:
Contact Name
Contact Telephone
Contact Email
Bullet Point 1
Bullet Point 2
Bullet Point 3
Department
Position Number
What can I use Instead? If using the "Standout Ad" functionality then the user will be able to select an applicable logo ID that will allow them to showcase their advert with additional branding options.
Information that was previously entered into the above listed fields will now need to be incorporated within the job ad description.
Additional information on the change is available here at the Seek Help Centre.
Note: Clients will need to speak to their Seek account manager to set up their logo IDs and then get in touch with the Acendre Support Desk or their Acendre Client Manager to ensure that their logo IDs are available when posting a standout Seek job ad via Acendre Recruitment.
