If you believe you system is running slower than usual, you can run a performance test to see whether the issue is on your end or whether it is an Acendre issue.

Here are a few steps in order to identify the cause of the issue:


  1. Click on the ‘Systems’ tab Systems tab.




  2. On the right hand side of the page you will see a ‘Performance Testing’ header. Click on Run Performance Test.




  3. There are a number of tests that you can run. These tests will just test the performance on a number of areas within your system. Click ‘Load Test’ once  Load Test once you have chosen the test you wish to run.




  4. Click on ‘Start’ to  Start to start the test.



    The system now will take 10 tests on how long it takes to load up the jobs list page.

    Transit Time: is your own internet connection.

    Processing Time: Is the time

    • Generally if the Transit time is higher than Processing time then it is an issue on the clients end. If processing time is higher than transit time then it may be an issue on Acendre end.
