Email Subject, Message and Attachment Type
Add in your email subject and message, and choose your attachment type.
- HTML will put the report results in the body of the email, while pdf, csv, word, excel and text options will be attached to the email.
Filters and Schedule
Determine what filters need to be applied when the broadcast runs. You can choose between:
- current filter values
- default filter values
- bookmarked filter values, if a bookmark has been made

You can also determine if the report will always be sent, on a Continuous schedule, or if it should only send as an Alert when certain rules are met.
- If using the Alert option, click Add Delivery Rules and add your conditions.
Frequency
Determine when the broadcast will send and how often. You can choose from minute to annual frequencies.
For more advanced options, including the time of day that a broadcast will send, select Advanced settings.
You can set:
- Broadcast frequency
- Time of broadcast, including timezone
- Limit the schedule period, i.e. set an end date
- Enable failure notification so that a set group of users are notified if a broadcast fails. Note that this group must be set up already.
Click Submit to confirm your broadcast settings.
