For a candidate score to calculate the following need to be setup:

• A score rule that provides a score to a questions answer option.
• Rule weighting for each rule need to add up to 100 or be 100. 100 will take the whole score.
• Step weighting for each rule need to add up to 100 or be 100. 100 will take the whole score.

If you have fixed the scoring configuration. Scores can be re calculated for that step. To do this:

1. Edit the assessment process for the job.
2. On the step select re calculate scores.
3. Select re calculate scores only.

1. Go to the job card.
2. Under the Candidate Groups and Assessment tab click Edit Assessment Process.
3. Click on the name of the step.
4. Click on the Permissions tab.
5. Select Configure Now.
6. Select Users - then select yourself as a user to complete the step. You can hold CTRL on your keyboard to select more than one user.

Please be mindful you don't lose another users access to that step.

To turn it off for a job:

1. Go to the job card.
2. Hover over the Candidate Groups & Assessment tab.
3. Click on Edit Assessment Process.
4. Go to the Assessment Process step you wish to turn the email off for.
5. Click on the Permissions tab.
6. De-select Send Task Notification Email.

To turn it off on the template:

1. Go to the Systems tab.
2. Click on Assessment Process Templates
3. Click on the name of the template you wish to update.
4. Go to the Assessment Process step you wish to turn the email off for.
5. Click on the Permissions tab.
6. De-select Send Task Notification Email.
