This user guide will demonstrate how to update documents that pre-populate to a candidate onboarding step. At this step the candidate is instructed to download the documents they see. If these documents change or need updating you will need the new version of the document.

  1. In the Systems tab click on System Forms.

2. Click on Job Details Form.

3. Click Edit on the question that you need to update the document for.

4. Within the Question Options tab select “No” for the Read Only field then click Save.

5. Return back to the System tab.

6.Click on Job Templates.

7. Click Edit on the standard job template.

You may also need to edit and repeat the process below for the Graduate Template.

8. Click Browse on the document you wish to update.

9. Select the file you wish to upload from your computer then click Open.

10. Repeat Step 8 and 9 for all other documents.

11. Once all documents have been updated click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page.




12. Return back to the systems tab.

13. In the Systems tab click on System Forms.

14. Click on Job Details Form.

15. Click Edit on the question that you updated the document for.



16. 
Within the Question Options tab select “Yes” for the Read Only field then click Save. This will return the question back to its original state.
