A Content Loading question is a way of allowing the respondent to answer a paragraph or WYSIWYG question by selecting from a set of preset options, much like a multiple choices or multi select question.  This is useful for users answering certain paragraph questions like Job Alert Keywords or Job Overview during Job Creation, allowing them to select from a number of commonly used answers instead of constantly typing them out.

Here is an example of how this works:

  1. When the respondent answers the question in a form (in this example the Job Keywords), along with the paragraph answer box there is a dropdown box appearing at the top:

    The dropdown box will prompt the user to select from a number of answer options.

  1. When selecting the dropdown box the respondent can choose from a number of preset options.  In this example, the Job Keywords will be determined by the type of role (i.e. Trainer.)

    Let’s have a closer look at these options:

    Content Loading Label:  This option allows you to set up a selection prompt for the respondent.  If using the example we looked at earlier, we would type in Choose Keywords.

    Content Loading Display Type:

  1.   This option allows you to decide how the respondent will be able to select the appropriate response.  If there are lots of options to pick from, it is best to use Multiple Choice – Drop Down as the other options (if using many) won’t look good on the screen.
