    • the Job Workflow, Team Manager or Access Filter reports

    • the reports co-displayed with the workflow progress report, and any customisation of their content.

Job Workflow Summary

Current (non-archived) jobs are summarised by their current workflow status - a combination of a job’s current process type, or their job status if they are Pending Open Date or Job Open. This allows users to differentiate jobs that are set to open or currently open from their current process type which can vary based on different configurations.

Tip

Drill through to a pop-up Job Workflow Detail report (expand for full interaction), or use this to guide your interaction with the same report displayed below.

Job Workflow Detail

Current jobs are sectioned into their current workflow status. Each tab will display a chart summarising the matching jobs and will change based on the workflow status and volume of jobs.

These charts allow individual jobs to be shown and selected for drill through. Additional details are available when hovering over the charts, and individual job details can also be accessed in the accompanying report table.

Team Manager

The team manager option shows the workflow summary by workflow status and job owner in separate charts, for a selected User Group.

Team relationships using other team and/or recruiter fields will require relevant customisation of this report.

Tip

Drill through to the Job Workflow Detail report for the selected job owner and workflow status. From this you can then drill through to the Job Master: Workflow Progress report for a selected job reference with accompanying Job and App system report templates.

Access Filters

The access filter option shows a user the jobs they have access to via specified access filters. These access filters will need to be configured against your data source and in your custom view(s). See Access Filter SolutionsFilters for more details.

The SMART: Access Filters report filters allow you to impersonate what jobs are available for a specific user and/or access filter(s), with the applied filter values listed below the charts.

Drill Through Customisation

All of the above allow users to drill through to the Job Master: Workflow Progress report system template for a selected job reference, either directly or via the Job Workflow Detail report.

By default, this report is accompanied by a wide range of Job, App and Metrics templates. You might like to customise the accompanying reports that a particular user or group of users see when they view a job’s various details. You could give Job Owners access to all reports, whereas Panel Members only see a smaller selection. You’ll need to create a different version of the Workflow Progress report for each user type to specify which reports are co-displayed for them. These additional report reports might also be customised for your organisation’s needs and user requirements as well.
