What is the Online References Module?

The Online References module allows you to easily collect candidate’s referee details, and manage the reference checking process directly within eRecruit.

Up to five referees per candidate may be collected during the recruitment process. Invitations to complete references may be issued automatically via configured rules in the Assessment Manager or manually sent.

Referees are able to submit a reference for their candidate via the Referee Portal at a time which suits them.

Online References Module Options

When choosing to have online references enabled in eRecruit, you can choose one of the following options:

•  a form based reference collection, where referees may enter details into a configurable questionnaire form, or
•  an upload style of collection, where referees may upload a file attachment (e.g. a letter of recommendation) instead of filling in a questionnaire form.
