Click the System icon at the top right hand side of the page.
2. Click the Form Templates link under System to go to the Form Template List.
3. This will take you to the Form Template List.
4. By default, the forms are sorted by Name alphabetically, however you can also sort the questions by Type and Date Created by clicking on the column headers like so:
5. Alternatively, you can filter the form list by using the form type dropdown list:
