Broadcasts can be enabled on a report by editing the distribution settings when saving the report. If broadcasts aren't being received by some users, check these settings.
- At a minimum, ensure that Broadcast is enabled. You can also enable Personal Broadcast to set a broadcast directly to yourself.
- Edit the Email & Broadcast Security. To ensure any recipient can receive the report, set this to Unsecure.
- Unsecure: broadcast will send to all users and email addresses
- All Users: broadcast will only send to recognised Analytics users
- Validated Users: broadcast will only send to recognised Analytics users with permission to the sub-folder where the report is stored
Ensure you save your changes.
