Editing a Global Question
- Find the appropriate question and click the Edit link under the Action(s) column.
- That will take you to the Manage Global Question screen.
You will be able to edit the Question Details, Question Options, Other Options and the Answer Options, (if it is a multi-select, multi-choice or group question).
ACENDRE QUICK TIP: AfterNote After you have created the global question and it is present in a form, you cannot change the question format, i.e. from Multi Choice to Free Text.
- Once you have edited the global question, click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Deleting a Global Question
In the Recruitment recruitment system, you will be able to delete global questions from the Global Question Pool without affecting the question’s current appearance on forms. The questions will cease to be known as global questions, and the answers will remain in the forms they originally placed in the system.

To delete a global question:

- In the Global Question list, click the x Delete link under the Action(s) column.
- You will then be prompted for a confirmation to delete this question. If you don’t wish to delete the question, click the Cancel button.
- Click the delete button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
- You will receive confirmation in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
