Metrics

Insights into your jobs and applications for a given period.

The metrics reports are best consumed in context via the Metrics sub-tab of the System Templates dashboard (though you can also open a specific report if you prefer).

Job and app volume date slider

Refine the date range for metrics displayed on the dashboard.

You can also adjust the date range using the dashboard filter - default is last 12 months.

Accessing System Templates

You can access these templates in three different ways.

  • Use the link provided at the top of the Welcome default dashboard.

  • Browse to the System Templates folder

  • Add the System Templates dashboard available in the Current Recruitment folder above.


Using System Templates

See a template you’d like to use? You can either:

  • Copy the template to create your own version, and update as required.

  • Copy the template to explore its configuration, and the create your own version on your custom view.

In most cases you will be able to make updates to the your template copy by changing the format of fields, columns and charts, as well as sub-querying to your custom view to add in your own global questions and metrics.

  • If the report is at job level, join to your custom view by JobID.

  • If at application level, join by ApplicationID.

  • If at a summary level, i.e. by year, you will need to join by a field at that level of data e.g. Job Open Year. You may also need to include filters in the sub-query that replicate filters in the master query, depending on your requirements.
