SMART Job Access is a specific dashboard design that allows direct access to job and app data for a wide range of user personas.

Job Workflow Summary

Current (non-archived) jobs are summarised by their current workflow status - a combination of a job’s current process type, or their job status if they are Pending Open Date or Job Open. This allows users to differentiate jobs that are set to open or currently open from their current process type which can vary based on different configurations.

Users can access a pop-up report to see individual job details for a given current workflow status, or use this to guide their interaction with the Job Workflow Detail report.

Requisition Process, Job Creation Wizard, Pending Open Date, Assessment Process and Candidate Approval workflows will show:

Job Open will show:

  • scatter charts with number of submitted applications by days to close/no close date, with job reference label, for over 20 jobs

Additional details are available when hovering over the charts.

These charts allow individual jobs to be shown and selected for more detail, whether there are 5 or 105 (or more). In the rare case that a scatter chart is too crowded to differentiate job references, individual jobs can still be access in the accompanying report table.

Job Workflow Detail

Current jobs are sectioned into their current workflow status. Each tab will display a chart summarising the matching jobs and will change based on the workflow status and volume of jobs.

Process Completion, excluding Job Open

Job Open

Up to 20 jobs

Bar chart with % of current process completion by job reference.

Bar chart with number of submitted and incomplete applications by job reference.

More than 20 jobs

  • Scatter chart with % of current process completion by days since created, with job reference label, for over 20 jobs.

  • No labels
