Time to Fill metric (and the start/end dates it refers to) is set up as a field in your custom view.
All Groups, Comparison Period by group and Comparison Period (All Groups) are generated via union queries.
Filters are linked between the master and union queries.
Comparison period filter value is embedded in the report canvas via parameter replacement text.
Month, all group and comparison period results are ordered by a hidden column.
