Any user that has access to all requisitions in the system will have the permission to copy an existing requisition to create a new requisition. The system will copy all the form data from step one. The requisition will then need to go through the standard requisition process workflow.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Requisitions tab.




  2. Click on the reference number of the requisition you wish to copy.




  3. In the top right hand corner click Copy Requisition data to Create New Requisition.




  4. You will have the option to copy the requisition form data and selection criteria (if it was entered in to that requisition). Click Continue once you have selected the data that you wish to copy.




  5. You will now follow the standard process of creating a new requisition.
