When building your requisition forms, the information collected in these forms can pre-populate to requisition forms further on in the process or the job details form on the job card. This eliminates the need to re-enter or ‘double handle’ this information during the Job Creation process.


To do this:


  1. When building a requisition Global Question, select both Requisition and Job Details under the question use dropdown list:




    Hold down the CTRL key and click the mouse to choose multiple options.



  2. Under the Question Options tab, make sure the question is set to pre-populate by choosing the Job-related pre-populate option.

  3. Once this has been selected, and the question details have been completed, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Adding questions to the Job Details form

  1. To access the Job Details form, click the System tab.


  2. Under the System heading, click the System Forms link.


  3. In the System Forms list, click the Job Details Form link.


  4. This will show you the current Job Details form:


  5. Add your Global Question to this form by clicking the Add global question link here.



Keep in mind that when you add the global question to this form, it will add that question to every job in the system
