SAML Single Sign-On Support
The Acendre product suite has been updated to now support federated authentication using Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML) for single sign-on (SSO) Implementing SSO means that users can access the Acendre Integrated Talent Management product without having to re-enter login credentials. Its works by verifying you are logged into your organisations network when attempting to access the Acendre product suite. If you are logged and have the correct permissions, then access is granted. If not, access will be denied. The result is one less password to remember!

Product Feedback
Acendre is dedicated to listening to our customers, and our new Product Feedback Collector improves our ability to do so. The new collector makes it easy for any user of the Acendre Integrated Talent Management (ITM) system to provide comments, suggestions and feedback directly to Acendre. Acendre product team leaders will receive, review and evaluate all input and use that feedback to continue to improve our solutions. This new feature may also be expanded in the future to provide direct communication and product announcements to customers at any time.
Enhancements at-a-glance
- Feedback prompt will periodically appear for all users across the Acendre ITM so regular feedback can be provided
- Prompt is designed to be non-intrusive so it won’t get in the way of tasks that need to be completed
- The prompt will not appear for Candidates.
New Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Acendre’s extensive interoperability capabilities separate our solutions, with seamless integration to support any integration within an organisation’s talent management system. We continue to enhance and build new interface capabilities. With this release, Acendre introduces the Organisation Structure Import Application Programming Interface (API). This API supports the creation and modification of the organisation structure. With this API, organisations can easily:
- Create organisation unites
- Build a hierarchy for organisation structure
- Associate positions with an organisation unit.
Utilising this API, organisations can quickly build their organisational structure within Acendre Performance, saving time and speeding implementation.
