Note that some menu options will only appear for some chart or data types.

Use this to edit the overall appearance of your chart.

  • Width, height, position, alignment
  • Style

Title

Use this to edit the title on your chart.

  • Report Name
  • Custom
  • None
  • Title style

Legend

Use this to edit the legend on your chart.

  • Position: none, top, bottom, left, right
  • Font
  • Style and conditional settings

Axis

Use this to edit the axis settings on your chart.

  • Display name
  • Text style
  • Show or hide axis
  • Axis style, margin, abbreviations, label rotation and font

Background

Use this to edit the background of your chart.

  • Gridlines and grid bands
  • Plot: background colour or image, border
  • Chart: background colour or image, border

Labels

Use this to edit labels on your chart (selected chart types)

  • Stacked total
  • Labels
  • Style


Series

Use this to edit each series on your chart.

  • Style and colour - monochrome or individual colours per series
  • Shapes and thickness (line chart)
  • Line style (line chart)
  • Chart selection (combination charts)
  • Border

Combination Charts

Use this to edit the combination chart settings (combination chart type only).

  • Add sub-charts
  • Sub-chart type: bar, line, stacked bar
  • Secondary axis settings
