Attaching Pre-Application and Application Forms to a Job Template


The next step of building a Job Template is to attach the Pre-Application and Application forms


  1. Hover your mouse over the Application Forms menu tab.




  2. This will give you the option to select either the Pre-Application Form or Application Form. In this example, we will select the Application Form.


  3. You will then be taken to the Form Template List; here you will only be able to select Application Forms.




  4. Once you are ready to attach a form, click the Select link under the Action(s) column.



    You will only be able to select a form that is Active.



  5. The form will be then attached to the Job Template and you will be able to view the form within the Job Template, as well as giving you the opportunity to make changes.




    If you edit the attached form within the Job Template, it will automatically update the form in the Form Template Library.



  6. If you wish to attach a different form, hover your cursor over the Application Forms menu tab and choose Remove Application Form.



    Be careful when you remove an Application Form from the completed Job Template, it will affect the rules in the Assessment Process Manager that point at it (APM) e.g. internal employee flag.



  7. Repeat these steps for the Pre-Application form if necessary.
