Competency Framework Definitions

There are three basic properties of the Competency Framework model that need to be entered. The framework is created in the order of the below screenshot:



Here is an example of how a competency may look:


Competency: Achieves Results
Competency Level:Executive Leadership Level
Competency Behaviour: 
  • Builds Portfolio/Network capability and responsiveness.
  • Marshals professional and technological expertise.
  • Steers and implements change and deals with uncertainty.
  • Delivers on intended results.
