The Fancy Stuff

Time to Fill metric (and the start/end dates it refers to) is set up in view to allow averaging per group or at a summary level, rather than generating it in the results by job.
Time to fill end date field also set up in quarter format in view, then formatted as Date Heirarchy Format > Prefix Quarter to present as Q1 etc and in date order.
Chart colours governed by quarter.
