Compare average Time to Fill per group/all groups for selected time periods.
 All Client Solution Pages

Key purpose

Compare Time to Fill between group/all groups by month and for a comparison period.

Charts

  • Column chart showing average time to fill per month by group and for all groups.

  • Second column chart showing average time to fill for a selected comparison period by group and for all groups.

The Fancy Stuff

  • Time to Fill metric (and the start/end dates it refers to) is set up in view to allow averaging per group or at a summary level, rather than generating it in the results by job.

  • All Groups, Comparison Period by group and Comparison Period (All Groups) are generated via union queries that match all other filters and fields but with their own date period and group/period label.

  • Filters are linked between the master and union queries so that restrictions applied to one are also applied to the other, exluding date period filters.

  • Comparison period filter value is embedded in the report canvas via parameter replacement text.

  • Month, all group and comparison period results are ordered by a hidden column (year/hard coded value) then by month org ref code (with month names numbered 1-12).

  • Month values in monthly chart are default colours, All Groups column in comparison period chart is highlighted.
