The Requisition module of the Acendre eRecruit (“eRecruit”) online recruitment system allows you to raise an Authority to Hire that can be used to request and obtain approval for recruitment activity.
- To start a new requisition process follow the steps below.Once you have logged into the system, you will see the following page. You can create a new Authority to Hire by clicking on + Create New Requisition.
Alternatively you can click on the same button within the Requisitions tab - This will display a list of Requisition Process Templates click Select on the Authority to Hire template available.
- The first screen you see will be the first Authority to Hire form.
The Authority to Hire process workflow will appear on the left hand side of the page.
- Complete this form by selecting from the dropdown lists and entering data into the free-text fields.
Note: Any question with a red asterisk is mandatory and will need to be completed in order to Submit the form.
Note:Staff Positions will require Manager and General Manager approval.
Enterprise Agreement Positions will only require Manager approval.
- Once the form is complete and you are ready to submit the form to the next step in the process, click Submit.
Note:
If you do not wish to Submit you can click Save to save the questions answered in the form. You can then access this form at a later date through your Tasks tab.
If you change your mind and you don’t want to raise this Authority to Hire anymore click Cancel. This will remove what you have done.
