Broadcasts enable you to automatically deliver report results to yourself, other users and/or other email recipients on a regular basis.

You can even set the broadcast to only send if certain conditions are met, or match results with and send to email addresses returned in another report.

In this section you will learn about:


  • enabling and setting up basic broadcasts
  • advanced broadcast schedule options
  • setting delivery rules, so that it only sends if certain conditions are met
  • advanced broadcasts, where recipients and results are determined based on report results
  • troubleshooting broadcasts

The selected root page could not be found.

To investigate and manage and individual broadcast error, run the report and access the broadcast settings in the top menu.

You can see:

  • the error description, if any
  • Run the broadcast again (click Run now)
  • Edit/update the broadcast settings if required.




To change broadcast access permissions, edit and save the report, and when in the save window there’s a tab for Distribution. Go there, and change the security settings to Unsecure.
