Custom Templates are available to users with either the Corporate Report Writer or Report Writer role permissions.

Your Templates

TEMPLATE:

Current Requisitions

All current requisitions.

  • Core requisition details

  • Conditional formatting of native job statuses

  • Six charts

    • Number of current requisitions

    • By request type (template name)

    • By current job status

    • By job owner

    • Average age

    • Age by request type

TEMPLATE: Jobs Open

All jobs with a status of Job Open.

Image Removed

All jobs archived in the last calendar year (by default), how many were filled and how many accepted offers. Based on:

  • a generic time to fill (job open to archived)

  • a generic definition of offer accepted (application status is Accept/Accepted Offer/Offer Accepted).

Includes a summary of jobs, filled jobs, accepted offers and time to fill.

Requires your definition of time to fill and accepted offers. These definitions should be applied to the relevant placeholder fields in your custom view 1.0 Jobs Applications and Assessment as these fields drive this report.

TEMPLATE: Time to Fill and Filled Jobs

  • Four charts

    • Total number of open jobs

    • Number of open jobs by calendar days until closed

    • Number of open jobs with no close date

    • Open jobs by submitted applications and close date bubble chart. (Some job references may not display if bubbles overlap, and charts using days until closed won’t display content if there are no jobs with close dates.)

Special features:

  • hover over each bubble to see additional job details

  • drill through from each bubble (and in the report table) to the submitted applications and incomplete applications lists

  • two hidden columns - a calculated field to count jobs with no close date, and the unique JobID used in the drill through filters.

Additional chart options are available in the charts screen, including:

  • Jobs by Submitted Apps (treemap)

  • Job count by closing date (fixed height column)

  • Jobs by incomplete and submitted apps (stacked horizontal bar)

  • Submitted applications (histogram)

TEMPLATE: Submitted Applications and Assessment

Special features: the step status colours are as specified by the Step Status Order reference code applied to the report column. They can be changed in the chart if needed.

TEMPLATE: Incomplete Applications List

TEMPLATE: Offered Candidates List

Accepted offers based on an application status of Accept, Accepted Offer or Offer Accepted.

  • Current assessment step details

    • Placeholders for your Verbal Offer, Offer Accepted and Commencement Date fields

Requires your definition of an accepted offer and the relevant date field to filter to offers within a desired period.

TEMPLATE: Time to Fill and Filled Jobs

Accessing Your Templates

You can access your templates in one of two ways.

  • Browse to your default Reports folder > Templates.

  • Add the Templates dashboard available in the above folder.

    • TEMPLATE: Jobs Open and TEMPLATE: Current Requisitions are displayed on the dashboard

    • Other templates can be accessed from an Associated Reports box to the right.

Using Your Templates

Tip

See a template you’d like to use? Simply:

  1. Copy the template to create your own version

  2. Update as required.

That’s it! You can add your global questions, remove any charts you don’t need… do whatever you need to do so that it meets your needs.

Each template is accompanied by:

  • specific instructions in the template description

  • general instructions co-displayed to the template’s right.

You can remove these instructions once you’ve made your updates.
