The Analytics module and Acendre Analytcs modules of the Acendre’s Talent Management system allows allow you to report on a wide range of talent management Recruit and Performance related activity. The Analytics module These modules consists of various reporting types, including (but not limited to):

  • job reports
  • candidate reports
  • user reports
  • activity reports

    • jobs and requisitions

    • candidates, applications and their assessment

    • performance reviews

    • users

    • system configuration.

    These will may be represented presented as precustom-configured built reports, custom or system templates or standard reports that will allow you to incorporate multiple reporting filters.   The reporting function allows you to select filtering and sorting options for the reports, and with some reports you will be able to show show or summarise the data in graph or chart format, display reports together in a co-display, drill through or dashboard format, and distribute reports through a broadcast function.

    Administrators will have the ability to create a report completely from the ground up and save the report as a template for future use.

    The Analytics tab is used for your default (first) analytics module. If you used the initial Analytics Classic, you will access the old Analytics classic on this tab. If you have only been set up on the new Acendre Analytics module using the new Data Warehouse, you will access this on the default Analytics tab.

    The Acendre Analytics tab is only used when you already have Analytics Classic via the Analytics tab, and also have the new Acendre Analytics which will be accessible via this tab.
