Introduction to Analytics
The Analytics and Acendre Analytcs modules of the Acendre’s Talent Management system allow you to report on a wide range of Recruit and Performance related activity. These modules consists of various reporting types, including (but not limited to):
jobs and requisitions
candidates, applications and their assessment
performance reviews
users
system configuration.
These may be presented as custom-built reports, custom or system templates or standard reports that will allow you to incorporate multiple reporting filters. The reporting function allows you to select filtering and sorting options for the reports, show or summarise the data in graph or chart format, display reports together in a co-display, drill through or dashboard format, and distribute reports through a broadcast function.
Administrators will have the ability to create a report completely from the ground up and save the report as a template for future use.
The new Acendre Analytics includes support for everything from building simple reports to using a wide range of templates to designing your own complex solution, supported by extensive reports on your system and analytics config using System Templates and Tools and Analytics Tools .
You'll find instructions on accessing, running and exporting reports on the pages to the right.
You'll need to have permission to access Analytics or Acendre Analytics via your user or user group details to see this feature. Speak to your system administrator about access permissions.
If you only have access to the new analytics (known as Acendre Analytics), use the Analytics* tab. This is because it is the default analytics tab.
If you have access to both the old and new analytics (Analytics Classic and Acendre Analytics respectively), use:
the Analytics* tab for Analytics Classic
the Acendre Analytics for Acendre Analytics.
* Some systems might have this tab labelled as Reports or similar.
