1.1 Current Requisitions

Provides an operational list of all the requisitions in the system that are yet to be completed.
Total Days Elapsed measures the time from when step 1 of the requisition process was completed to the current time.
Time at Step measures the time from when the requisition entered the current process step to the current time.

1.2 Jobs Currently Advertised

This report provides an operational list of jobs that are currently being advertised.
The following drill-throughs are provided:
- Selecting the Job Reference Number will link through to two reports. The first report replicates the Assessment Process Matrix (APM) for the job, and the second is a traffic light view of the APM.
- Selecting the number of complete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who submitted their application.
Selecting the number of incomplete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who did started, but did not submit their application.
