titleA users name does not appear in a a role within the assign roles step. How can I add a user to multiple roles that are not apart of their usergroup?

A user will inherit the role permissions from their usergroup. However if the user is acting in another position or requires the ability to do additional approvals they can be given permission from their own individual user profile.

  1. Click on the systems tab.
  2. Click on User Manager.
  3. Search for the user.
  4. Click Edit to access their profile.
  5. Click on Role Permissions on the right hand side menu.
  6. Select the additional roles for the user.
