Not being able to view your jobs could be a number of things. Troubleshoot by following the steps below:

  1. Ensure there a no filters set in the Jobs list.
    1. Click Show Advanced Search then click Clear.
  2. Ensure that the job status is set to All except archived or All.

titleIs it a good practice to click re-trigger button for the job alerts during business hours?

We do not recommend to re-trigger a job alert during business hours. As this task can take quite some time to action, therefore it does impact system performance.
