Current Job Status Report

• This report shows the volume and percentage of non-archived jobs by job status. 
• The ability to drill through to an operational list of jobs within a given status is provided.

Current Jobs

• This report provides an operational list of non-archived jobs in the system.

• The following drill-throughs are provided: 

  • Selecting the Job Reference Number will link through to the two reports. The first report replicates the Assessment Process Matrix (APM) for the job, and the second is a traffic light view of the APM.

  • Selecting the number of complete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who submitted their application.

  • Selecting the number of incomplete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who did started, but did not submit their application.

Current Requisitions

• Provides an operational list of all the requisitions in the system that are yet to be completed. 
• Total Days Elapsed measures the time from when step 1 of the requisition process was completed to the current time. 
• Time at Step measures the time from when the requisition entered the current process step to the current time.

Jobs Currently Advertised

• This report provides an operational list of jobs that are currently being advertised.

Top 10 Jobs by Applications

• Provides a list of the top 10 Jobs by number of applications submitted during a certain time range. Only jobs that have not been archived are shown.
