Job Details

Current Job or Requisition

Indicates whether a job is a Currently Requisition or has progressed to a Current Job at job creation, advertising, assessment, onboarding or archived stages.

Job Template Name

The name of the job template used for each job. Will be blank if job was not created from a job template, or a requisition not yet attached to a job template.

Requisition Process Name

The name of the requisition process used for each job. Will be blank if job was not created from a requisition.  Note - use of this field does not limit Process Step fields to requisition steps only (use Process Type).

Assessment Process Name

The name of the assessment process used for each job. Will be blank if requisition or job is not attached to an assessment process.  Note - use of this field does not limit Process Step fields to assessment steps only (use Process Type).

Process Step Is Current

Indicates if a process step is the current workflow step (Yes) or not (No). Use this field as a filter to limit Process Step fields to just the current step.

Process Step Last Edited

The latest date that a step decision was made, as in make successful or unsuccessful. Does not include accessing steps and updating forms without making a step decision.

Process Step Permission Type

Indicates if step permission is assigned to All users with access to job, specific users, user groups and/or job roles. Will return separate rows for each type of permission. Will be blank for permission type 'All users with access to this job' and for users that have been deleted.

Process Step Permissioned To

Indicates the User Full Name (Last, First format), Group name, or User and Role (Last, First (Role)) format for User, User Group or Role permission types respectively. May include multiple values if multiple permission types, users and/or user groups were assigned to a step. Will be blank for permission type 'All users with access to this job' and for users that have been deleted.

Process Step Task - Date Last Accessed

The date any user last accessed a task for a given step. Single date per task across all users (not an individual date for each user).

Process Step Task - Full Name

The full name (Last, First) for any user that accessed a task for a given step.

Application Details

Application Note - Reinstatement Requested

The reason given when a candidate requests to reinstate their withdrawn application.

Application Note - Withdrawn Application

The reason given when a candidate withdraws their application.

Application Reinstatement Requested

Indicates if a withdrawn candidate has requested a reinstatement of their withdrawn application.

Assessment Details

Assessment Step - Is Current

Indicates if an assessment step is the current assessment step (Yes) or not (No). Use this field as a filter to limit Assessment Step fields to the candidate's current step.

Reference Request Status

The reference check status for an application, for when the online reference module is used.

Job Edited Date

The order in which job statuses are displayed, for the current status of each job.

Job Status Is For Requisitions

Role Description

The description for a role against a job.

Application Count - Late Application Given

Number of applications that have a late application expiry date. Includes those that may have then been submitted.

Number of applications where reinstatement has been requested after being withdrawn, including those that have since been reinstated.

Number of distinct candidates with a Global Flag.

Notes

Application Count - All Notes

Number of distinct applications with a Note against them.

Application Count - Reinstatement Requests

Number of distinct applications with a Reason for Reinstatement Request Note.

Job Status Is For Requisitions

System Event

The type of system event that forms a part of the process.

System Event Date

The date the corresponding System Event took place.

Workflow Status

Gives Job Open or Pending Open Date if the job is open (Job Status = Job Open or current date is between open and close dates) or pending open (Job Status = Pending Open Date), otherwise returns the process type for the current process step.

Days Open

Process Step Permissions

Job Status Type

Assessment Step - Duration (Days)

The number of whole days (rounded down) between a candidate arriving and exiting an assessment step, or from arriving and when their application was last assessed at that step.

Assessment Step Statuses

Step Status - History

The step status for a corresponding assessment step at a point in time. Includes current and previous step statuses for the current and previous steps. In the application context for Assessment process types only.

Step Status - Date Updated

The date and time that an application moved to the corresponding step status within the associated assessment step. In dd/MM/yyyy h:mm a (01/01/2000 12:00 am) format by default.

Candidate Status Log Components

User Responsible - Candidate or User

Indicates if the user responsible for the status log was the candidate or a system user. Original format IsAdminUser is true/Yes = User, false/No = Candidate.

User Responsible - First Name

The First Name of the candidate or user responsible for the status log.

User Responsible - Last Name

The Last Name of the candidate or user responsible for the status log.
