  • The ability to drill through to an operational list of jobs within a given status is provided.

    Current Jobs

    • This report provides an operational list of

    • non-archived jobs in the system.

    • The following drill-throughs are provided: 

      • Selecting the Job Reference Number will link through to the two reports. The first report replicates the Assessment Process Matrix (APM) for the job, and the second is a traffic light view of the APM.

     

      • Selecting the number of complete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who submitted their application.

      • Selecting the number of incomplete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who did started, but did not submit their application.

    • Provides a list of the top 10 Jobs by number of applications submitted during a certain time range. Only jobs that have not been archived are shown.

    Withdrawn Notes - All / Withdrawn Notes - Last 7 days

    These reports provide a list of candidate withdrawals and their reasons for withdrawing.

    • Withdrawn Notes - Last 7 days shows all withdrawals that occurred during the last 7 days
      • Results can be filtered by Job Owner.
      • This is restricted to the last 7 days so that an advanced broadcast can be set up to notify Job Owners of any withdrawn candidates for their jobs. Select Advanced Broadcast, enter the report name, and assign the Job Owner filter to the Job Owner column. This way the broadcast will be sent to the Job Owner's email address as listed in the report with matching candidate withdrawals.
