This report allows you to view the roles that all or specific users have been given, including the current jobs they have permission to.  Running this report will help you in user management as you will be able to view users who have been assigned to too many/few jobs in the eRecruit system.

To access this report:


  1. On the Report page, double click on the blue on User Role Assignments link here.

2. This will then take you to the Report Filter page.

Filtering Options

In this section you will be able to add and edit filters that allow you to view the report data based on your needs.  If you wish to use a filter in this report, click on the funnel search or the calendar icons.

Let’s look at these filter options individually:


Job Created Between: Filtering by this option allows you to select the date range in which the job was created.

2.  Select the date range and click on the arrow icon Go to run the report.

3. This will then show the report below the filters section like so:


On this report you can see the user, which role they have been allocated to and which jobs they are currently fulfilling that role in and the Job Status.
