User Based Reports

Using the eRecruit Report Module, you are able to run user reports to keep track and improve the management of users in the system.  These reports are:

•  User Expiry Report
•  User Module Permissions Report
•  User Role Permissions Report

These reports are only available to super users or system administrators. 

To access the Reports function:

1. Click on the Analytics icon in the main toolbar.
    

2. This will display the Reports Dashboard page.
 

3. To access the pre-configured reports, click on the Browse link.
 

4. You will now see the following screen, click on the Talent Analytics folder:

5. After you expand the selection, you will see different categories of reports.  Click the Administration Reports folder next to see the User Based reports.
