What is the Scheduler?


The Scheduler module of eRecruit allows you to create activities such as an interview and allows candidates to book themselves in for the specified activity via the web.  Once the components of the activity/ interview have been created, users can send the candidates an email inviting them to attend the specified activity. The candidate will book themselves into an activity ‘slot’; the time is then blocked out, thus eliminating the possibility of slots being ‘double-booked’.


The scheduler can also be used simply as an administrative interview booking and tracking tool, allowing you to manually book your candidates into interviews and manage these accordingly.  In addition, candidates can be invited to activities in the middle of the recruiting process as well as via searching the talent warehouse.
