Vendor


The Vendor module  allows vendors – typically recruitment agencies - to submit candidates to your jobs, ensuring that the management of all candidates is centralised in the one system. Vendor users are set up as normal system users and have access to only submit candidate applications and resumes.


During the job creation process, jobs can be assigned to the vendor of your choice, who will then receive email notification. The vendor is then able to log on and submit candidate applications. 


During the assessment process, the vendor will be able to track the assessment progress for each of their candidates by viewing the application status.
